Committee Meetings take place in the Pavilion whilst Full Council Meetings are shared between Shedfield Reading Room, Waltham Chase Methodist Church Hall and Shirrell Heath Methodist Church Hall.

This committee has the responsibility for management and maintenance of recreation areas, war memorials, Petanque terrain and associated playground equipment, cricket and football pitches, seats, gates, trees, hedges.
