Committee Meetings take place in the Pavilion whilst Full Council Meetings are shared between Shedfield Reading Room, Waltham Chase Methodist Church Hall and Shirrell Heath Methodist Church Hall.

Personnel and Procedures Committee
This Committee comprises four members meeting three times a year, covering the following topics:
- Recruitment, retention of staff plus pay and conditions
- Health & Safety Policy
- Health & Safety of employees
- Standards/Procedure within Council
- Disciplinary Procedures; Complaints; Grievances involving Councillors/Employees.
