FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
This committee is responsible, along with the Responsible Finance Officer and Clerk, for managing money received from Winchester City Council (the precept), together with any other income we have and to manage the resources and responsibilities that we, as a Parish Council, have for this parish.
This precept comes from you, the taxpayer, and is added each year to all Council Tax bills, so we do try to use it both wisely and sparingly.
